Our weekly meal plan. 11th - 17th Feb! #MealPlanningMonday


Last weeks meal plan went well. We swapped a couple of meals around but ate everything on the meal plan. I put some of the leftover sausage casserole into the freezer and I have a portion left for lunch today. I do love leftovers. As lovely as they taste on the day they always taste better the next day. 

This week on the menu we have:

Tuesday -  Fish fingers, chips and baked beans.
 Thursday - Tuna pasta bake.
Friday - McDonalds!
Saturday - Pizza.

  1. Leftovers are my favourite thing to take to work for my lunches. They really do taste better the next day (or out of the freezer a week or two later!) I managed to make supper twice over the weekend - that means we didn't eat out as much as usual. That made me very happy this week!!

  5. Hi Kim, I totally agree. Left overs do taste better the next day (most of the time). I never thought to use sweet potatoes to top a cottage pie, I like the idea... And the fact you have not so good food on a Friday. It's what Fridays were created for.

  6. ... Meant to add that I still do your slow cooker sausage and baked bean recipe. It is perfect to come home to after a walk.
