  1. Ha! The arrival of warm enough, long enough days that allow you to hang out the washing is a true sign that spring has arrived. It's a landmark day in our house too!

  4. I'm totally with you on that! Can't beat washing on the line. I think mine was out for four or five days this week, although today will be a bit questionable!

  5. Hi Kim, that made me smile. And how do you get your whites so white? Or is it just the blue of the sky making them look like that?

  9. I haven't put wash on the line since I was a kid. Yours looks great flapping in the wind against a blue sky. I have memories of frozen clothes which wasn't great.

  14. Oh it's so nice to see washing hung out We don't have a washing line because it kept breaking. And the aga is broken at the moment so we'r having to dry things on clothes horses and it takes so much more tie

  15. I've enjoyed putting the washing on the line the last few days, it's saved a few pound on my electric with five of us aswel, it was picking with rain today though so I used the tumbler, I do prefer the tumbler for the towels though as they are softer xxx

  20. I have to admit that this isn't something I like to do as much as others. I tend to still use my tumble dryer as it's too late by the time I get in from work. But it does always look impressive out on the line x
