Getting over her fear. #MySundayPhoto

When Ellie my youngest was probably about 2 years old we were at a fun day at the park and she went on the teacups with Becky and my friends son....She fell off the seat and it gave her a big scare....Me too. I couldn't get to her and it gave her a fear of the teacups....

On Sunday we were at the fair and it was the first time since that incident she has been back on them....She was very nervous and worried but managed to overcome her fear! It may not seem like a big deal to some but I am very proud of my girl....

  2. Well done, Ellie. It's funny how an old accident like this can be so traumatic - for both the child and the parent.

  10. Hi Kim, facing our fears is never an easy thing to do and your youngest has done admirably by facing hers. Judging by the photo it will be some time before she will be comfortable riding the Teacups, but one baby step at a time!

  17. Go Ellie. It's always hard to try something again. N was the same with ziplines after he let go aged 3 and ended up head first on the ground
