Half term & World Book Day fun from Aldi #Specialbuys!

Half term will be here soon.....Hooray! I for one can't wait  and Aldi has everything you need to keep the kids entertained....Everything from indoor activities to games and wellies. With all this rain we've been having they may come in useful!

These great value products are in stores on February 11th but be quick as once they’re gone they’re gone.

Unleash artistic flair and encourage creativity this half term with fluttery butterflies to scary monsters and roaring tigers little ones can be anything they want to be with Aldi’s Face Paints (£3.99).

You needn’t let bad weather spoil plans. Get the kids fully prepared for the great outdoors with Aldi’s excellent quality Children’s Rainboots (£4.99). Available in sizes 5 to 13 in navy with blue/green stripes or pink with white spots, these wellies are perfect for jumping in muddy puddles and keeping toes dry.....If only my girls had smaller feet!

With all their favourite characters including Marvel Avengers, Disney Frozen and Paw Patrol the Licensed 1000 Sticker Book (£1.99) will keep them entertained for hours...

Licensed Memory Games (£2.49) are sure to be enjoyed by all. Packed with much loved characters including Frozen, Doc McStuffins, Minnie Mouse, Cars, Disney Princess or The Good Dinosaur - These fantastic game will challenge children’s memories and observation, making it great for developing young minds.

Give dinosaur fans the chance to uncover and explore the prehistoric world with the Dinosaur Excavation Set (£4.99). Each set includes tools to dig through stone blocks, unearth dinosaur bones and build the skeletons to recreate a T-Rex or Triceratops. Little monsters will be roaring with enthusiasm!

Also available in store is Aldi’s Character Drinksware (£2.99). With three different styles - tritan bottles, sippy cups and aluminium cans, and in a range of popular designs including Frozen, Minnie Mouse, Avengers and Spiderman...

When half term is over and the kids are back at school it will be time to think about World Book Day which is on the 3rd of March! Aldi’s books and dressing up costumes will make imaginations run wild in time for the day’s events.

Aldi’s world book day dress up range (£3.99) is sure to help inspire and excite young minds. With five designs to choose from including Goldilocks, Army Boy, Red Riding Hood, Ladybird and Pirate Boy. Little ones will love becoming their favourite characters and creating their own make believe stories.....To add to the fun, beloved costumes can be kept in the Dress Up Storage wardrobes (£14.99) which are available in pink princess and blue space themes. I am tempted to get Ellie one of these....She has so many princess dresses and it would be nice to hang them instead of stuffing them in a box....

Let the youngsters be absorbed in the world of fiction with a whole host of books available....From Roald Dahl favourites George’s Marvellous Medicine and Fantastic Mr. Fox (£3.49) to the best selling Diary of a Wimpy Kid (£2.99). For younger children there is the Early Reader’s Books (99p)....There’s a story for everyone.

We were sent a selection of the Diary of a Wimpy Kids books in exchange for this post.....I would say they are Becky's favourite series of books ever! She already owned a couple but has mainly borrowed them from libraries....She was over the moon to now have her own copies.....She has not put them down since she got them....hehehe
