Boosting our immunity and energy with BioCare....

Recently I was sent a lovely package containing some fab things for all of the family....There was a twisty toy thing for Ellie which she nabbed before I had chance to take a photo, some very cute lunch boxes (think Russian dolls, a box inside a box and so on, a cup, a family planner and a selection of BioCare products to try....

BioCare have a wide range of products for both adults and children to help keep immunity strong, boost energy and offer better night’s sleep which are fantastic to start taking now ready for the new school year to start....

As a family we like to take vitamins and food supplements. As much as we eat quite healthily we are not lovers of the right sort of vegetables and fish and in the colder months we do not get enough vitamin D from the sunshine.....Vitamins and food supplements are a great way to fill the gaps in our diet...

Stu has been using the NT Complex and I have been using the Methyl Multinutrient and so far so good.....

NT Complex - 60 Capsules - £25.96

NT Complex is a unique, high potency combination of L-theanine, lemon balm, chamomile, lavender, magnesium taurate and B-vitamins to support a balanced nervous system....These contain magnesium and vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6 to support energy production and nervous system balance and lemon balm, lavender and chamomile support relaxation and healthy sleep....

These are not suitable for individuals taking sleeping or mood modifying medication....

Methyl Multinutrient - 60 Capsules - £30.95

Methyl Multinutrient is a superior, high potency multivitamin, mineral and antioxidant complex...

Methyl Multinutrient contains folate as methylfolate or 5-MTHF. 5-MTHF is the natural form of folate found in food such as leafy green vegetables and is already active and ready for the body to use....The B vitamins included support the circulatory and immune systems and help maintain the health of skin, hair and eyes....

Please not that there is a warning that both of these products are not suitable for use during pregnancy, planned pregnancy, or breastfeeding!!

The kids are not left out when it comes to taking vitamins....Healthy children are likely to grow into healthy adults so laying down good nutritional foundations in childhood can have lifelong benefits.....Ellie has been trying out the Children's Complete Complex (Multinutrient) and Becky has been taking the Children's Red Berry BioMelts

Children's Complete Complex is a comprehensive vitamin and mineral formula for children in a pleasant tasting, easy to use powder form.

Just skimming through the nutritional information it has all the vitamins and minerals that you would expect from something like this.

This can be used from 6 months of age and ideal for young children or those who have difficulty swallowing capsules or tablets. It easily mixes into milk, juice, yoghurt or pureed foods. Ellie has been having it her on her cereal. She did try mixing it with water but she wasn't keen. This is dairy-free and formulated with the intolerant individual in mind....

Children's Red Berry BioMelts - 28 Sachets - £17.95

The red berry BioMelts are suitable from 3 years of age and are an all in one solution of live bacteria with vitamin D for every day and immune support in one hit....

They come in powder form that you just pour straight into your mouth and they taste rather delicious. They contain no artificial flavours or colours and free from common allergens like dairy....

I know Becky does not get enough sun on her....She's more of an indoorsy person so a thing like this is great to give her a bit of a boost of vitamin D. She has been loving taking these....

I really like all of the products we were sent to try and we are going to have a great start to the new school year with all the vitamins and food supplements we've been trying....

We were sent these products free of charge to try in exchange for this blog post.
