Our Weekly Meal Plan!! - #mealplanningmonday

Last weeks meal plan went well. Most of the meals were eaten. Having tea at soft play was fantastic. It was £4.30 to get in and the kids got a meal which was worth £3.75 and it was a fair sized meal. Bargain! I treated myself with an Indian takeaway for surviving soft play. hehehe The kids did not like the Rainbow fries from Iceland. I think they were expecting normal fries and not carrot, parsnip and beetroot....lol

This week we're out at an awards ceremony where Ellie is singing in the choir so Wednesday will have to be a very quick tea...

This week on the menu we have:

Monday - Scampi chips and peas....
Tuesday - Roast chicken dinner....
Wednesday - Chicken and stuffing sandwiches....
Friday - Pizza....
Saturday - Spaghetti Bolognese....
Sunday - Leftover bolognese and chips....

What are you eating this week?

  1. Sounds delicious! The bacon and tomato pasta bake looks delicious and one to add to our list I think!

    Have a lovely week :)

  2. I’m always intrigued to hear what other families are eating! We’ve got a toddler and an 8 month old so it gets interesting. We’re having things like boiled chicken, pork chops, lamb steaks this week. Do love our protein 😜. #MMBC

  3. I like the sound of rainbow fries, I guess my kids would dislike them like yours did, but I'm sure I wouldn't mind the change. I really meant to put scampi in my shopping this week but totally forgot until I read this. I really really fancy some now. I hope you enjoy the rewards ceremony and Ellie enjoys singing in the choir. x

  5. Oh, nice meal plan! I'd pop round if I lived closer hehe! And spaghetti bolognese is our favourite, we have it regularly.
The rainbow fries sound nice too, but I bet our Jayden would turn his nose up at them :) x

  6. Oh I could just eat some chicken and stuffing sandwiches, yum! That soft play deal was a bargain, it can be so expensive going to those places.
