Our Weekly Meal Plan!! - #mealplanningmonday

Last weeks meal plan mostly went to plan.....On Friday it was Cow Appreciation Day. That instantly made me think of burgers so we ended up having burgers in buns for tea. Stu cooked them and they were amazing but I think when I don't cook the meal I enjoy it more....On Saturday we went for a walk into town and bought loads of food we shouldn't have and picked on it all day....When it came to having the Chinese for tea we just didn't fancy it....So we picked even more....lol At least it saved some money.

We have quite a busy week....Well busy compared to the weeks we normally have. We have the concert to go to after school tonight where Ellie is singing in a choir, I'll be helping out with the school fair on Friday after school and during the week preparing for it.....

This week on the menu we have:

Monday - Sandwiches, crisps and cakes....
Tuesday - Lasagne and garlic bread....
Wednesday - Fish fingers, chips and beans....
Friday - Pizza....
Saturday - Chicken fajitas....
Sunday - Roast chicken dinner....

What are you eating this week?

  2. I wish I could get moving too when planning meals, especially since I really hate thinking of what to cook on the day itself. I used to do it ages ago, must really start planning again. Love the sound of the Coconutty chicken strips and colourful egg fried rise. x

  5. Your meal plan looks scrummy for the week ahead. Here, it's eating lots of random things out of the freezer before we go on holiday!
