Spring & Easter crafts from Baker Ross.

We were recently sent a box of goodies to try out from Baker Ross...

We do love their kits and in the past have tried out Hearts & Mothers Day crafts, Christmas crafts, Halloween crafts, Autumn crafts and a random selection of things...This time the box was all themed around spring and Easter....

Each egg is 4cm x 6cm and opens up with a hinge...They are big enough to fit little treats inside...They will be ideal for an Easter egg hunt....

The eggs are made from 1mm thick card with 8 pieces per puzzle....

We decorated ours with felt tip pens....Ellie got right into this activity and really likes that she created a jigsaw. The pieces came apart easily and fitted back together well...These would be ideal for party bags.

In four assorted bright colours - Yellow, Green, Blue and Pink. Each kit contains different pieces to make eight birds.....In four different colours. Yellow, green, blue and pink....You scratch the surface to reveal the rainbow colours underneath then slot the pieces together to make your bird.

Both Ellie and I had a go at making these. I do love the scratch art sets....She did make me chuckle. She couldn't figure out how I was getting different colours to her....hehehe She thought it was the way I was scratching. Nope, just started at the opposite side of the bird to her.

We were also sent an Easter Cross Stitch Kit - £3.49 for a pack of 5 and the Bird Fuse Bead Kits - £3.96 for a pack of 6....We will get around to these soon and let you know how we go on.....We have tried the cross stitch kits in the past and really enjoyed them and the fuse kits were a bit of a hit and miss with us but we're going to give them another try....The birds are very cute.

We were sent these craft kits free of charge in exchange for this post....All thoughts and opinions are our own.

  2. I really like the look of the jigsaw eggs, actually. It's the sort of craft both the boys would be able to join in with and wouldn't get too frustrated.

  3. These look fantastic! I'm loving the look of the jigsaw one-I know it's something my children would love, and at the age they are at the moment, I know that it's within their capability range! I did love crafts as a child, and it's something in really excited about exploring lots when my children are a bit older! Thanks so much for sharing with #bigpinklink!
