Aldi's Kitchen Range. #Specialbuys

You know how much I love Aldi....This week they have some fantastic items coming to a store near you....

Aldi’s Family Professional Coffee range is in store 3rd March....The chic and compact Coffee Capsule Machine (£49.99) will let you make delicious barista style coffee in your own home without the premium price tag.....For those of you who favour a creamy latte or frothy cappuccino the Milk Heater/Frother (£19.99) is the perfect addition.

There is a great range of Coffee Pods (£1.79 for a 10 pack) available to use within the Coffee Capsule Machine including Columbian, Decaf, Intense or Lungo there’s something to satisfy the most discerning coffee lover....The Coffee Capsule Holder (£3.99) comes in four classic designs and provides a practical and stylish storage option.

Available in a variety of bright spring colours, the 4 pack Espresso cups and 2 pack Coffee Cups (£3.99) are the perfect purchase to ensure coffee is always served up in style.

On the 6th of March the home baking range will be available in a store near you....

The range has everything bakers need to cook up a whole host of treats for the family, such as this Classic Food Mixer (£34.99). Available in a variety of colours from Red to Duck Egg Blue.

The Digital Kitchen Scales (£6.99) are a real must have item. With options of a flat, bowl or jug scale and available in a range of colours there is one to suit any kitchen decor..

The Children’s Baking Set (£12.99) includes a great value set of utensils and tools for any young budding baker from a star cookie cutter and eight piece icing set to a rolling pin and mixing bowls. With so many exciting things to bake it’s a great way to keep the little ones entertained this spring!

We were sent a few items to have a look at from the kitchen range and I was very impressed with what we received....

Oven gloves (£2.99) and a matching set of 3 tea towels (£2.99)

These are so cute. The oven gloves are thick enough to get things out of the oven without burning yourself and feeling much heat. The tea towels are thick and are good for drying those dishes...I think they are so cheap to buy but not cheaply made....

The jug measuring scales will come in very handy.

I do like the Ceramic Mixing Bowl (£7.99) I was sent....It is huge and just like the one's I remember from when I was a child....It is solid and heavy. The kids won't be using it. I will be though as one drop and I think it would smash. Especially on our tiled kitchen floor....

My favourite things we were sent were the Easter Chocolate Moulds (£2.99 a set)....I have big plans for these especially the big easter egg mould. A few weeks ago I saw Philip & Holly on this morning making fondant eggs....They were basically Cadbury's cream eggs....I didn't realise they were so easy to make....

I priced the moulds up on Ebay and they were at least £4 for just 2 of the large egg moulds....In these sets from Aldi you get 4 large egg moulds and a small set for £2.99. They are such a bargain....

As well as the items I have mentioned there will also be:

Premium Pantry Containers £14.99 //  Ceramic Novelty Measuring Cups and Spoons Set for £7.99 // Cake Container for £4.99 // Pastry Board for £4.99 // Silicone & Bamboo Kitchen Utensils for £2.19 // Cake Pan Assortment for £1.99

The Professional Coffee range will be in stores nationwide on 3rd March, and Home Baking will be available from 6th March.

Be quick as with all the Specialbuys, once it’s gone, it’s gone.

I was sent a selection of items which I have mentioned in exchange for this post. All opinions and thoughts are my own.

  4. Hi Kim, we don't have an Aldi here, but it looks very similar to the stuff we get in Lidls. I have the digital scales and they are excellent. The Easter egg moulds look good and making chocolate eggs is a fun activity to do with the children (Mum always gets to lick the spoon though!).

My Mum had a big, heavy ceramic mixing bowl when I was a child. How she let me near it I don't know!

    xx
