Our Weekly Meal Plan!! - #mealplanningmonday

Last weeks meal plan nearly went to plan....We ate everything apart from the curry. It was one of those evenings where I didn't fancy cooking and Stu was working late so I decided to order a Domino's....We don't eat it every week but it sure seems like it lately....

On Tuesday we're off to the hospital....It is my girls check up on their hearts.....It's two years since we were last there. It has flown over but the nerves are starting to kick in....I know my girls hearts are fine but there's always that worry in the back of my head.....For them it's a bit of excitement and an afternoon off school.....

This week on the menu we have:

Monday - Bubble & Squeak....
Tuesday - McDonalds on the way home from the hospital....
Wednesday - Ham, egg & chips....
Thursday - Soup of some sort....
Friday - Fishcakes, potato waffles and peas....
Saturday - Mango & prawn stir-fry with rice....
Sunday - Sausage casserol & mash....

As always I've joined in with the wonderful Mrs M's #mealplanningmonday linky....

  1. oh your meal plans always sound so tasty! Hope all goes well at the hospital x

  2. That stir fry sounds lovely! Good luck at the hospital xx

  3. Everything sounds lovely, especially the good old bubble and squeak! I haven't had that in years and want some now!!! Hope the girls get on ok at the hospital xx

  4. I had lasagna last week because of your meal plan. This week I fancy sausage casserole haha x

  5. I love reading your weekly meal plan! I try and get some ideas as I always just go with the flow, I am not as organised as much as I would like with meal planning :(

    Gemma xx

  6. Good luck at the hospital, Kim. Your meal plans are always my saving grace lol. I am at the stage of learning different types of foods apart from my Asian food. hehe

  7. Hope all goes well with your girls' heart check-ups tomorrow, will be thinking of you. McDonalds on the way home sounds like a nice treat. Love the sound of the mango and prawn stir-fry later in the week.

  8. Hi Kim, oh to be so organised! I try (and fail miserably). I can manage to plan meals for the next three days, then end up stumped when I get to the forth day. Fridays is my no cook day (a Mum needs a day of from the kitchen) unless it's knocking up a sweet treat!

  9. Sorry got distracted... Hope all goes well for your two at the hospital! xx
