Aurora Mood Clock - Review!!

I was recently asked if I would like to review something from IWOOT....It took me a long time to decide what I wanted to review.....I finally decided on the Aurora Mood Clock.....

Becky has an alarm clock but it isn't the best....It's one that doesn't have all the numbers on all the way around only 12, 3, 6 & 9.....It is so it is hard to set. To set it for quarter past seven is a bit of a challenge.....This looked like the ideal replacement.....

The Aurora Mood Clock works its way through no fewer than TWELVE colours as it phases through the spectrum. If you're prone to seeing only shades of grey first thing in the morning, imagine the joy of waking up to this gorgeously moody little clock, which cycles through the different colours, quietly changing on each hour to remind you that time waits for no-one.

At the moment we are using it with 4 AAA batteries until we get a mains adapter which isn't supplied....The clock will only go through the colours when it is plugged in....As we don't want light all the time this isn't much of a problem....

This is a funky little clock.....It was easy to set the time and the alarm and it even has the date on which I seemed to like....It isn't heavy and would be an ideal to take if you are off on your travels.....

Becky has been using this as a beside alarm clock for a few days now and really likes it....She has found that if she taps the alarm clock on the top it lights up for 30 seconds so she can see the time....

The alarm is loud enough to wake her but not too loud that it wakes everyone else in the house....Even thought I am always up before her, Ellie is not....

This is a great little clock and it is only £8.99 which I think is quite reasonable....This would make a great stocking filler for Christmas....I know I will be going back and shopping on the IWOOT website....Their Christmas gift range is just fantastic! There is something for everyone even those who are difficult to buy for.....

  20. Thank you for this review. My little brother loves things that glow and he also likes collecting alarm clocks. Why... I don't know. But I would like to get one of these so that I can give it to him as a gift for Christmas.
