Twelve and Seven....

We've had an exciting couple of weeks and there are now no more birthdays for me to worry about this year! Hooray!! Well apart from my dads but that is the day before Christmas eve and own but that doesn't count....I can now start worrying about Christmas.....lol

It was Ellie's birthday on the 29th of last month she turned seven...... Where's my baby gone?....She's turning into such a young lady now....Oh and a bit of a drama queen/diva. lol

Ellie had the best birthday ever.....lol She got everything she wanted....Apart from an Elsa doll from Frozen! I was the silly mam who got her an Anna one but this silly mam knows a secret....The secret being that her Aunt has got her one and will be bringing it in October when she comes to visit! hehehe

Everything she opened she said "I always wanted that!" lol

We went out for a meal to the Brewers Fayre which is the "best place in the world".....Soft play and food! What could be better!!

It was Becky's birthday on Wednesday and she turned twelve.....It really doesn't seem 12 years since she was born!! I know everyone says that but it's true.

Becky said when she is in charge of this country (She thinks big) She will make it law that when kids have their birthday they don't have to go to school.....I think she's full of good ideas. Becky always has her birthday on a school day....Well it seems like it. I remember a couple of years that she's had it on the first day of the new school term.....Excitement overload!

Becky was awake at about half six and we all got up with her.....She had a race against time to open her presents, get dressed, have breakfast and be out of the house for 8am....

She had a fantastic day at school....She informed me that I was wrong and at secondary school they do celebrate birthdays and they are so much better then in primary school....She got sweets off her form tutor and her tutor group sung happy birthday.....Then in her French lesson they sung Happy birthday to her in French then if that wasn't enough they sung it again in her Maths lesson! Best day ever!!

It seemed such a long day waiting for her to get in from school at 4pm. I'd made a party tea for her which she loved....Who doesn't love a party tea!

We had a bit of a funny moment with her Birthday cake....It  was a One Direction one and wanted of course to eat Harry.....I was joking with her that that's what they group will look like when Harry Styles leaves....He will be the one who gets too big for his boots and tries to make it solo...hehehe She was not amused! When she got the cake it took her about 5 minutes to actually bite into his face....lol

Becky had a fantastic Birthday and of course didn't want it to end and it hasn't yet....We still owe her a meal out!!

So that's it for another year.....My girls are a year older and they are growing up too fast!! They both had great days and created so many memories.....I wish time would just slow down a bit so I can enjoy them being children for longer!!
