Our Weekly Meal Plan!! - #mealplanningmonday


Last weeks meal planning went well! I emptied the freezer a bit....Yay! More room for Ice cream and Ice lollies now....hehehe

Usually I save the Roast chicken dinners for a Sunday since we didn't have one yesterday we're having it today....Yay!!

Monday - Roast Chicken with mash, parsnips, broccoli, carrots, peas, stuffing, yorkshire puddings & lots of gravy....
Tuesday - Chicken Salad....
Wednesday - Fish and sweetcorn pie with new potatoes....
Thursday - Ham, eggs & chips....
Friday - Pizza
Saturday - Chicken Fajitas....
Sunday - BBQ pulled pork sandwiches....

  1. I am absolutely wanting to make pulled pork now, we had some fabulous pulled pork at a smokehouse restaurant last week. Time for me to get building a firepit :D

  4. Mmmm so much I love on here, can I come round for dinner?? Love roast chicken dinners and yorkshire puds with lashings of gravy, pizza, fajitas and pulled pork...my mouth is watering and my belly rumbling! How do you do your pulled pork??? We'd it when were away in America and it was fabulous but I've never tried making it myself. Have a good week. x
