Stories for My Little Sister - Meet Heloise

I was emailed about a month and a half ago by a lovely woman who reads my blog who just wanted to share her and her sisters website with me....Stories For My Little Sister!

The site is run by two sisters.... Samantha (The writer) & Diana (the Artist).....They share their stories in the most beautiful way and it gets better you can download all the books, free of charge.....

My girls have become great fans of the stories so when I was asked if we would like to review their new book Meet Heloise we could not refuse!

Growing up can be hard, and it's good to know that there's someone there to help you along the way. But what if that someone were a rhinoceros?

It's a gentle story about a girl navigating some of the ups and downs of growing up with help and advice from a rather unexpected source - Heloise, who is a rhinoceros!

My girls both loved it! I don't want to say much about the story and ruin it for you but it really is such a lovely story the pictures which go with it are perfect and are beautifully drawn...

Ellie has decided she needs a rhinoceros like Heloise to help her at school....She said it would be ideal to help her write properly...In fact I think everyone needs a Heloise in their life to give you a bit of encouragement when you need it...

Usually my girls Becky and Ellie do not like the same sort of stories with there being 5 years age difference....but this one was great for them both!! They both thoroughly enjoyed it from beginning to end....

Take a look at the website....It really is fantastic!
